Main Responsibilities: • Coordinate and plan tasks within the workshop. • Monitor repair times and technicians’ productivity. • Manage work orders and track repairs. • Coordinate tasks according to team technicians’ priorities and specialties. • Review documentation and close work orders for billing purposes. • Prepare budgets and support warranty processes. • Update daily workshop production and internal records. • Enter information and track progress in the SAP ERP system. Requirements: • Higher Technical Diploma, Technical Degree, or Engineering degree in Automotive Mechanics or related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. • Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. • Mechanical knowledge and administrative procedures expertise. • SAP ERP system experience. • Written English proficiency preferred. Working Hours: • Monday to Thursday: 08:00–17:00 hrs. • Friday: until 16:30 hrs.
