Job Summary: We are seeking a Management Control Analyst for VSL, a leading engineering and construction company, to ensure inventory and cost control and manage accounts receivable. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor and analyze inventory and project costs. 2. Prepare management reports and propose process improvements. 3. Support accounts receivable tracking and account statement reconciliation. **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure inventory and cost control while optimizing resources and managing accounts receivable timely. At VSL, a leading provider of engineering and construction solutions, we are looking for a Management Control Analyst to join our team. Main Responsibilities * Monitor and analyze warehouse and site inventories, ensuring accurate valuation and system recording. * Supervise project consumption and costs, comparing against budget and analyzing variances. * Prepare management and valuation reports for accounting and decision-making purposes. * Propose improvements to inventory control and cost-efficiency processes. * Manage quotations, imports, and support accounts receivable tracking and account statement reconciliation. Requirements * Professional degree in Management Control Engineering, Accounting and Auditing, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in management control, cost analysis, or inventory management. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * ERP knowledge preferred: Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle. Conditions * Fixed-term contract for 6 months, with possibility of conversion to indefinite term based on performance. Apply with us!
