Job Description UMS Umuomaigbo Learning Academy is seeking a **Learning \& Development Coordinator** to coordinate training, learning, and professional development programs. The candidate will support course planning, participant and facilitator coordination, outcome tracking, and continuous improvement of training initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate training and professional development programs. * Manage schedules, registrations, participants, and training activities. * Coordinate facilitators, instructors, and training providers. * Prepare training materials, communications, and program documentation. * Monitor attendance, participation, and activity completion. * Collect feedback and evaluate program effectiveness. * Prepare training reports and metrics for management. * Support the delivery of in-person, virtual, and hybrid courses. * Maintain up-to-date learning platform and documentation. * Identify opportunities to improve learning processes and experiences. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. * Experience coordinating training, Learning \& Development, or educational program management. * Proficiency with digital tools, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. * Ability to manage multiple activities, deadlines, and participants. * Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. * Experience working with training providers and facilitators is desirable. * Knowledge of training evaluation and learning metrics is a plus. * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
