Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Analyst to support and oversee the operational management of training courses, ensuring resource availability, adherence to procedures, and quality monitoring. Ensure compliance with the company's quality standards We are recruiting for an OTEC vacancy for a **TRAINING ANALYST**. **Job Objective:** To support and oversee the operational management of training courses, collaborating with trainers and supervisors. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the processes of delivered courses to ensure achievement of the established billing volume. * Ensure availability of human and logistical resources required to conduct courses and workshops, consistently delivering appropriate outputs aligned with company objectives. * Ensure compliance with all procedures incorporated into the Quality Management System and related follow-up activities, meeting the company's standards. * Maintain organized attendance records for each course and DCs. **Requirements:** * Technical or professional education in Human Resources. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of HR, specifically in Training; experience in OTIC or OTEC is ideal. * Availability to work in the eastern sector.
