Design and implement security and risk prevention plans **Job Description** We are seeking a **Corporate Security Manager** to lead the security and protection strategy for people, facilities, assets, and information of the organization. The role will be responsible for coordinating teams, supervising security services, and strengthening prevention, control, and incident response procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement **corporate security and risk prevention plans** for facilities and operations. * Lead and supervise security teams, coordinating shifts, functions, and operational coverage. * Assess facility vulnerabilities and risks, proposing preventive and corrective measures. * Coordinate surveillance services, access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and other security systems. * Investigate incidents and prepare reports with improvement actions and follow-up. * Manage security service providers and contracts, monitoring service levels and compliance. * Maintain up-to-date emergency protocols, evacuation procedures, access control policies, and contingency response plans. **Requirements** * Professional or technical degree in **Security, Risk Prevention, Administration, Risk Management**, or related field. * **4 to 7 years of experience** in corporate security, security operations, loss prevention, or related areas. * Experience leading teams and coordinating security services at facilities or enterprises. * Knowledge of **CCTV, access control, alarm systems, incident management, and risk assessment**. * Proficiency in Office tools and ability to prepare security reports and metrics. * Desired experience managing contractor companies and external security services. * Leadership, operational judgment, responsiveness, effective communication, and results orientation. Salary: $1\.600\.000 \- $2\.400\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
