An industrial company seeks to hire a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for ensuring proper receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of products and materials entering and leaving the warehouse, safeguarding inventory integrity and compliance with internal procedures.
Main responsibilities:
* Manage the warehouse and attend to internal customers' requests.
* Place purchase orders to maintain regular and critical stock levels.
* Process material requisitions.
* Prepare and maintain an updated inventory.
* Generate weekly consumption reports.
* Maintain internal fuel control.
* Record material receipts and dispatches in the Defontana ERP system.
* Remove materials from company premises when required.
* Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness.
* Enter and account for purchase invoices in Defontana.
* Manage delivery of cleaning supplies, maintenance materials, and coastal navigation equipment for vessels.
### **Job Requirements**
• Technical degree in Logistics, Administration, or related field.
• Two years of experience.
• ERP system knowledge.
• Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency, mandatory requirement.
• Valid Class B driver's license, mandatory requirement.
• Planning and organizational skills.
