Américo Vespucio 1500, Quilicura, Santiago, Metropolitan Region * **Net Salary:** CLP $2\.150\.000 / month * **Work Schedule:** On-site (Full-time / Shifts) **Purpose of the Position** At Stream Inc SpA, we are seeking a Traffic and Fleet Controller to join our operations center in the commune of Quilicura. The purpose of this role is to coordinate, monitor, and optimize the movement of vehicles en route, ensuring compliance with scheduled routes, delivery times, and the company’s established safety standards. **Operational Responsibilities** * Track and monitor the vehicle fleet in real time via GPS platforms and telemetry systems. * Assign routes and manage daily dispatches, optimizing travel paths to minimize transit time and fuel consumption. * Maintain continuous communication with drivers en route to address contingencies, deviations, or unexpected traffic incidents. * Monitor compliance with rest guidelines, speed limits, and safe driving regulations. * Record on-route events, generate fleet performance reports, and notify operations management of any schedule deviations. **Candidate Profile** * Technical or university education in Logistics, Transportation Management, Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in traffic monitoring, fleet control, or GPS monitoring centers. * Proven proficiency in satellite tracking platforms and computer tools (Intermediate Excel). * Ability to respond effectively to unforeseen events, proactivity, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills. * Availability to work on-site in the industrial area of Av.
