JOB SUMMARY** Chitral Post SpA is opening a recruitment process to hire a Logistics and Distribution Operator at its corporate facilities located at Plaza Sotomayor, Valparaíso. The selected professional will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, sorting, storage, and dispatch of packages and supplies, ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines and local inventory control. **02\. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Execute cargo receipt processes and verify packaging against transit guides and manifests. * Sort and organize goods according to assigned distribution routes for coastal and regional areas. * Prepare daily dispatches (picking and packing), ensuring proper packaging to protect contents. * Conduct periodic stock counts and maintain updated operational record sheets. * Support the receipt and delivery of packages from external transportation providers and cargo units. **03\. CANDIDATE PROFILE** * Completed secondary education (technical training in logistics, administration, or operations preferred). * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in warehouse, distribution center, or courier functions. * Basic computer skills for data and inventory updates. * Organizational ability, adaptability to working under pressure, and commitment to safety standards. * Availability to work on-site in the Plaza Sotomayor area, Valparaíso. **04\. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** * Guaranteed net monthly salary of $1\.800\.000 CLP. * Formal employment contract directly with Chitral Post SpA. * Strategically central location facing the port, with excellent access to public transportation networks.
