Job stability based on performance 3. Positive work environment A manufacturing company is seeking Production Operators to join its production plant in the commune of Renca. We are looking for responsible, committed individuals with a positive attitude to work on the production line in a dynamic environment focused on final product quality. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Washing potatoes or other products according to production requirements. * Drying, frying, distillation, and seasoning processes. * Packaging products according to specified weight. * Quality control of finished products. * Packing for dispatch. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. * General support on the production line. This position requires physical effort and continuous work on the production line. ### **Work Schedule and Modality:** * Rotating shifts (day, afternoon, and night according to schedule). * On-site work. * 1-hour lunch break. * Preferred residence near the area (no shuttle buses provided). ### **Requirements:** * Experience in production lines and/or quality control (desirable but not mandatory). * Experience operating machinery is preferred but not required. * Good physical condition. * Commitment to safety and quality standards. ### **We Offer:** * Production bonus. * On-site cafeteria available for heating and consuming food (lunch is not provided). * Job stability based on performance. * Positive work environment. ### **Required Documentation:** * Updated CV. * Health certificate. * AFP certificate. * Copy of national ID card.
