Job Summary: We are seeking a Document Controller with experience in construction site supervision or maintenance to manage and evaluate information at the Santiago 1 Penitentiary Facility. We are looking for a **Document Controller** for the Santiago 1 Penitentiary Facility. **Responsibilities** * Verify and identify missing information in digital records. * Verify and organize physical information. * Digitize missing physical information. * Evaluate and design minor construction works. * Classify documentation by department, in accordance with Company guidelines. * Submit evaluations of identified and detailed activities. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles or as a construction or maintenance supervisor. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel). * Ability to read blueprints and perform planimetric measurements (AutoCAD). * Formal education or technical training in Construction or related fields, with experience evaluating minor construction works such as: Plumbing; Electrical; Structural; CCTV. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Tuesday: 08:30–18:30 hrs. * Wednesday to Friday: 08:30–17:30 hrs. **Benefits** * On-site cafeteria providing breakfast and lunch. * Friendly and collaborative work environment. * Holiday bonuses. * Compensation Fund.
