




Job Summary: NEWREST Chile is seeking a Document Controller to manage, verify, and organize digital and physical information, as well as to value minor construction works within a penitentiary facility. We are looking for a **Document Controller** for the Valdivia penitentiary facility. **Responsibilities** * Verify and identify missing information in digital records. * Verify and organize physical information. * Digitize missing physical information. * Value and project minor construction works. * Classify documentation by department, in accordance with Company guidelines. * Submit valuations for identified and detailed activities. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles or as a construction/maintenance supervisor. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel). * Ability to read blueprints and perform measurements in planimetry (AutoCAD). * Formal education or technical training in Construction or related field, with experience in valuing minor construction works such as: Plumbing; Electrical; Structural; CCTV. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Tuesday: 08:30–18:30 hrs. * Wednesday to Friday: 08:30–17:30 hrs. **Benefits** * Cafeteria providing breakfast and lunch. * Friendly and collaborative work environment. * Holiday bonuses. * Compensation Fund.
