**About the Challenge:**

* Ensuring compliance with current legal regulations on occupational safety and health.
* Implementing, monitoring, and following up on risk prevention programs.
* Conducting periodic field inspections to identify deviations and improvement opportunities.
* Investigating incidents, accidents, and substandard conditions, proposing corrective actions.
* Preparing preventive management reports and documentation.
* Advising supervisors and workers on safety and risk prevention matters.
* Coordinating critical risk control activities and operational procedure compliance.
* Delivering safety inductions and periodic training to personnel.
* Promoting a preventive culture focused on safe work practices and continuous improvement.
* Participating in internal and external audits as required.
* Managing documentation and records associated with the safety management system.
* Maintaining an active field presence supporting operational teams.
**What We Would Love to See in You?**

* Professional qualification as an Occupational Risk Prevention Technician
* Valid SNS registration. (Mandatory)
* Experience in maintenance projects, preferably involving maintenance technicians in critical operational systems, electricity, HVAC, civil works, etc.
* Knowledge of labor legislation and occupational safety and health regulations.
* Experience delivering safety training and inductions.
* Familiarity with MINSAL protocols and safety management systems.
* Valid Class B driver's license. (Mandatory)
* Availability for travel and on-site support across the Antofagasta and Biobío regions.
