We are looking for an **Industrial Equipment Supervisor** to coordinate and supervise the operation, maintenance, and availability of equipment used in industrial activities. The candidate will be responsible for organizing the technical team, monitoring equipment status, and ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Supervise equipment, machinery, and systems operation and availability used in production activities.
* Coordinate technical personnel and assign preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to operational priorities.
* Track equipment failures, repairs, intervention times, and availability.
* Monitor maintenance KPIs and prepare reports on performance, incidents, and required interventions.
* Coordinate with suppliers and external service providers for equipment repair, maintenance, or spare parts supply as needed.
* Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and service life.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and best practice procedures during technical activities.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Technical or professional degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance or operations.
* Prior experience coordinating technical teams or maintenance activities.
* Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, and equipment management.
* Proficiency in Excel and, ideally, experience with ERP systems or maintenance platforms.
* Ability to interpret technical information, prioritize tasks, and resolve operational problems.
* Leadership, organizational, communication, and results-oriented skills.
Salary: $19\.200\.000 \- $27\.600\.000 per year
