Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional with experience in the graphic arts field to join our production team, performing cliché assembly, ink preparation, and colorist duties. At Unibag, a company that manufactures sustainable products and operates responsibly toward the environment, we are looking for a proactive professional with experience in the graphic arts field to join our production team. Main Responsibilities: * Assemble clichés on printing cylinders of various sizes. * Prepare alcohol-based and water-based inks, ensuring supply availability for each work order. * Perform colorist duties, matching and preparing colors according to the Pantone color guide. * Assist in material preparation and verify compliance with production specifications. * Adhere to quality standards and industrial safety regulations. * Maintain workplace order and cleanliness (5S methodology). Requirements: * Prior experience assisting with flexographic press operation and cliché assembly. * Knowledge of water-based and alcohol-based ink preparation. * Proven colorist skills (Pantone color guide proficiency). * Quality orientation, adherence to safety regulations, and teamwork capability. We Offer: * Net remuneration of $750\.000 (base salary \+ bonus \+ incentives) * Fixed-term contract for 45 days, renewable and subsequently indefinite * Lunch, snacks, uniform, life and health insurance, and shuttle bus service (departure from Los Libertadores Metro Station) * Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 07:10–15:40 hrs; Wednesday and Thursday, 07:10–16:40 hrs * Workplace: Los Libertadores Industrial Complex, Colina commune.
