The candidate must manage the school’s nursery room, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of children under two years of age, coordinating the assigned team, and guaranteeing compliance with institutional standards and current regulations. Main Responsibilities: - Ensure the care, safety, and holistic well-being of children. - Lead, coordinate, and support the team of early childhood assistants and food handlers. - Maintain close and timely communication with user families. - Supervise practices related to early stimulation and child development. - Manage records, attendance, and administrative aspects of the service. - Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal protocols. Requirements: - Professional degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years’ experience in nursery rooms or early childhood settings. - Experience leading teams (desirable). - Knowledge of early child development and hygiene and safety protocols. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. - Intermediate English (not mandatory).
