We are currently seeking Industrial Operators to work at our plant located in Renca. Main Responsibilities: * Operate and adjust assigned equipment according to its technical specifications to fulfill the work plan, ensuring product quality and safety standards. * Technical Maintenance: Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on assigned equipment to ensure operational continuity. * Comply with the Internal Hygiene and Safety Regulation, using assigned PPE and collaborating with the Safety Pillar (TPM) through UPS tools, Stop Cards, PPA, and near-miss reporting (ISO 45001\). * Quality and Food Safety: Follow quality procedures, performing controls and recordkeeping as defined by licenses and the plant’s Quality Pillar. * Continuous Improvement (TPM): Participate in identifying and eliminating losses via improvement teams, audits, finding identification, and training (Safety, Quality, CAMA, Focused Improvement, DPO, Environment). * Timely and accurate reporting of job-related information, communicating deviations to relevant departments. Requirements: * Higher Technical Education or Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Automation, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial operations. * Knowledge of SIG standards, Excel, FSSC22000 V6, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001\.
