We are currently seeking a Packaging Operations Coordinator for our plant located in Renca. Key responsibilities include: * Autonomous Maintenance: Ensure execution of maintenance checklists with their respective Autonomous Maintenance (AM) cards and supervise the maintenance plan (AM Pillar). * TPM and Safety: Lead the implementation of 5PQ analyses for major failures exceeding 1 hour and for each product hold. * Ensure monthly execution of Safety and 5S cards per operator, maintaining updated 5S boards, Sources of Contamination boards, and Daily Control boards. * Comply with and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), procedures, and records of the Integrated Management System (IMS) (ISO 22000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001\), ensuring product quality and food safety, environmental care, and worker safety. * Procurement Management: Coordinate and control quotations for processes under your responsibility according to procedures and budgets. * Operational Coordination (OPINONA): Coordinate shift handovers, format changes, cleanings, and responses to raw material shortages or failures, ensuring accurate data entry into the packaging system. * Monitor line consumption processes (OP, expenses), coordinating daily with interfacing departments to reduce packaging process expenses. Requirements: * Technical degree (Industrial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial or operational processes (preferred). * Knowledge of operational standards, beverage industry production processes, IMS policies, ISO 45001, FSSC 22000 V6.
