At bbosch, we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our plant located in the commune of Quilicura. The incumbent will plan, execute, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of plant infrastructure and equipment, complying with the company’s quality, safety, and environmental standards and policies, thereby ensuring continuity of the production process. Key Responsibilities: **Planning and Coordination:** Develop the annual maintenance program and communicate it to the team and associated departments. **Operational Continuity:** Plan and oversee the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. **Costs and Resources:** Manage critical spare parts inventory and procurement of supplies. Submit the department’s annual investment budget, proposing major maintenance activities or equipment replacement. Coordinate and evaluate contracted external services. **Coordination and Team Management:** Coordinate with the team and other departments involved in executing the maintenance plan. **Occupational Health and Safety:** Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. **Continuous Improvement:** Analyze maintenance indicators (KPIs). Job Functions: * Design and maintain an updated equipment and facility criticality matrix. * Generate work orders, assign them to the technical team, and track their closure. * Physically verify completion of performed maintenance. * Administer the Fracttal system, ensuring proper recording and traceability of actions. * Evaluate quotations for external services and raise purchase requisitions in the system. * Prepare weekly progress reports on tasks and deviations from the maintenance plan. * Participate in coordination meetings with production, quality, logistics, or other departments to align interventions. * Review and validate spare parts consumption and monitor minimum and maximum stock levels in the technical warehouse. * Lead daily or weekly operational meetings with the technical team to review tasks and critical issues. * Design or update technical maintenance procedures and ensure their correct implementation. * Verify appropriate use of PPE for each maintenance task and intervene in case of non-compliance. Identify technical training needs within the team and propose training initiatives. * Participate in technical failure or incident investigations, identifying root causes and preventive measures. * Validate the quality of technical work performed by the team or contractors. * Propose minor modifications or redesigns to optimize equipment maintenance (local technical improvements). Working Hours. **Morning Shift:** * Shift 1: Monday and Tuesday, 07:30–17:15 hrs. Wednesday and Thursday, 07:30–16:15 hrs. Friday, 07:30–15:20 hrs. **Afternoon Shift:** * Shift 2: Monday and Tuesday, 11:30–21:15 hrs. Wednesday and Thursday, 11:30–20:15 hrs. Friday, 11:30–19:25 hrs.
