Promote collaborative work and high team performance A construction company specializing in retail, industrial, and sanitary construction projects is seeking a stable Site Manager (Contract) to join its team. **Job Mission** Plan, direct, and control contract execution for construction works, ensuring compliance with schedules, costs, quality standards, safety, occupational health, and environmental requirements, while maintaining smooth and professional relations with the client and other project stakeholders. **Main Responsibilities** Lead comprehensive project management in coordination with the client’s team. Plan and monitor physical and financial progress of the project. Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental, and Quality (SOH, EA, Quality) standards. Prepare and/or review payment certificates, budgets, valuations, claims, and change orders. Maintain technical and administrative relations with the client, technical inspection bodies, and other involved agencies. Lead and coordinate the construction site team, promoting collaborative work and high performance. **Required Technical Experience** Proven experience in OOCC and retail projects. Proactivity, attention to detail, and orientation toward internal and external customers. **Minimum Requirements** Professional degree in: Civil Construction, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in construction projects within Armal’s sector. Prior experience as Site Manager (mandatory). Valid Class B driver’s license. **Job Conditions** Work schedule: Day and night shifts / Work mode: On-site at construction site / Salary as indicated in the posting.
