We are looking for a committed, detail-oriented Hydraulic Mechanic with strong technical knowledge to join a specialized team delivering hydraulic solutions. **Your impact on the team** You will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing hydraulic components, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability in every task. **Key responsibilities** * Diagnosis, disassembly, and repair of hydraulic cylinders (single- and double-acting). * Technical evaluation of components: rods, barrels, seals, pistons, and cylinder heads. * Tolerance control, measurements, and surface condition verification. * Selection and installation of hydraulic seals (U\-cup, chevron, scrapers, O\-ring, among others). * Execution of functional and leak-tightness tests. * Support in preparing technical reports. **Candidate profile** * Proven experience in hydraulic cylinder repair. * Knowledge of cylinder types, seals, and hydraulic systems. * Basic ability to read hydraulic and mechanical drawings. * Proficiency with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators). * Responsible, organized, and quality-focused individual. **We especially value** * Experience in hydraulic workshops or industrial service environments. * Knowledge of hydraulics and fluid power systems. * Autonomy, proactivity, and teamwork capability. **Conditions** * **Location:** Quilicura, Santiago * **Work schedule:** * Monday and Tuesday: 07:00–16:30 hrs * Wednesday \- Thursday \- Friday: 07:00–15:30 hrs **What we offer** * Job stability at a company with a solid track record. * Real opportunities for professional development and continuity. * Fixed-term contract with potential conversion to indefinite-term based on performance. * Benefits upon conversion to indefinite-term (bonuses and health insurance) **Application** If you wish to join a specialized technical team and continue developing your expertise in hydraulics, **apply now** via our portal.
