Currently, we are seeking a **FIELD MANAGER**, with high-voltage experience, to work on our contract located in the northern region of the country (Antofagasta).

The role’s mission is to plan activities and manage resources for maintenance of high-voltage lines (energized and de-energized) and preventive, corrective, and fault-related maintenance of primary substation equipment, in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations, to guarantee fulfillment of commitments made to the client.

Key responsibilities include:
* Plan activities to be carried out by line and equipment teams through each team’s Technical Managers.
* Manage allocation of shared resources (human and material) to optimize such allocation.
* Meet client requirements.
* Responsible for the materials warehouse.
* Responsible for company vehicles (pickup trucks, bucket trucks, backhoe loaders).
* Responsible for ensuring workers’ physical safety.
* Request and deliver materials to supervisors and team leaders.
* Translate operational tasks to Line Technical Managers and Equipment Technical Managers according to maintenance contract specifications.
* Record performed activities.
* Weekly reporting of performed activities.
* Control and monitoring of KPIs.
* Ensure compliance with labor and technical quality regulations.

**Desired Profile**

* Electrical Engineer with SEC \- A certification.
* 8 years of industry experience, including 5 years as an electrical specialty leader.
* Class B driver’s license.
* Knowledge in the following areas:
+ Medium- and high-voltage lines and primary high- and medium-voltage equipment, plus CAPEX services for high- and medium-voltage infrastructure and industrial electrical installations.
+ Technical/economic proposal evaluation (performance and resources).
+ Safety standards in the power system maintenance industry.
+ Field activity planning and scheduling.
+ Microsoft Office applications.
* Availability to work 14x7 shifts.
* Residency in Antofagasta.
