Support the technical development of the accounting team About the Role **Argonn Auberge Hospitality and Guest Services** is seeking an **Accounting Lead** to join our team in **Pudahuel, Metropolitan Region of Santiago**. In this role, you will be responsible for leading accounting processes, monthly closings, reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal controls, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and reliable. You will work closely with **Finance, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Operations, and Audit** to strengthen processes and support decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Lead monthly and annual accounting closings. * Review bank and account reconciliations. * Validate provisions, adjustments, and reclassifications. * Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Prepare and review financial statements and reports. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Maintain updated accounting policies and procedures. * Analyze accounting variances and discrepancies. * Supervise supporting documentation. * Coordinate with Treasury and Finance. * Review internal controls. * Support tax-related processes as required. * Prepare management information. * Supervise team tasks and priorities. * Participate in improvement and automation projects. * Perform other duties related to accounting and financial control. Requirements * **5–7 years of experience** in accounting, auditing, or finance. * Experience as an **Accounting Lead, Accounting Supervisor, General Accountant**, or similar role. * Solid experience in accounting closings and reconciliations. * Strong understanding of financial statements. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**. * Experience with **SAP, Oracle, Softland, Defontana, Microsoft Dynamics**, or other ERP systems is preferred. * Ability to supervise and develop teams. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Ability to meet demanding closing deadlines. Desired Qualifications * Professional degree in **Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Commercial Engineering**, or a related field. * Knowledge of IFRS. * Experience with external audits. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience with Power BI is preferred. * Knowledge of internal controls and tax processes. * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
