This position is based at the Head Office located in the commune of Pudahuel, Santiago. Job Objective: To manage and improve the company’s internal processes by monitoring management and operational control indicators, thereby contributing to process efficiency and supporting corporate decision-making. Key Responsibilities: \- Conduct internal process identification and mapping. \- Manage and monitor management indicators (KPIs). \- Prepare operational information reports and analyses. \- Identify improvement opportunities and propose corrective actions. \- Support optimization and control of company processes. \- Coordinate with various departments to monitor and ensure process compliance. Requirements: \- Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Process Engineering, or related field. \- 2 years of experience in similar roles. \- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. \- Valid Class B driver’s license. \- Availability for 100% on-site work in Santiago and for travel across different regions of the country as required. \- Interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and ability to work effectively in teams.
