Job Summary: Support the configuration, testing, and go-live of the payroll module (SAP HCM/ECP), ensuring accurate data migration and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Actively participate in the implementation of SAP Payroll 2. Execute functional testing and validate payroll calculation results 3. Coordinate data migration and master data validation activities A banking-related company is seeking a Payroll Analyst for a project-based assignment. Job Objective: Support the configuration, testing, and go-live of the payroll module (SAP HCM/ECP), ensuring accurate data migration, precise payroll calculation, and compliance with local labor regulations during the technological transition. Terms: 1\. Remuneration: CLP $1\.300\.000 net per month. 2\. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:30 (2 days onsite / 3 days telework). 3\. Work location: Santiago Centro and Las Condes (U de Chile / Manquehue metro stations). 4\. Responsibilities: * Actively participate in SAP Payroll implementation, gathering functional requirements and validating configurations according to applicable regulations and internal processes. * Execute functional testing (UAT), validate payroll calculation results, and ensure correct system parameterization prior to production release. * Coordinate data migration and master data validation activities, guaranteeing consistency, integrity, and quality of information transferred to the new system. * Validate SAP parameterizations and business rules, verifying correct calculation of earnings, deductions, provisions, severance payments, vacations, medical leaves, taxes, and social security contributions. * Analyze discrepancies between results from the current system and SAP (parallel run), identifying deviations. * Perform validation of payroll accounting in SAP, ensuring correct generation of accounting entries, provisions, and centralization processes, identifying deviations. 5\. Requirements: * Education: Technical or Engineering degree in Human Resources. * Total years of experience: 5 years * Years of experience in the field: 5 years of payroll experience; experience in payroll system implementations is desirable. * Preferred: Experience in implementing SAP HCM Payroll, SAP Employee Central Payroll, or SAP SuccessFactors. Accounting Knowledge: * Solid knowledge of **accounting applied to payroll.** * Experience in payroll calculation and control, severance payments, vacations, medical leaves, overtime, bonuses, and commissions. * Knowledge of Chilean labor, social security, and tax legislation 6\. Contract under the Temporary Services Regime.
