The main objective will be to inspect preventive and corrective maintenance activities carried out by partner companies at the Norte Grande Transmission System (TSING) facilities, as well as to execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities using internal resources at AES Andes facilities, thereby contributing to ensuring the availability and reliability of primary equipment associated with these facilities. Key responsibilities: Inspect preventive maintenance activities conducted at TSING facilities. Perform visual inspections and corrective maintenance activities at TSING facilities. Generate, manage, and support reports related to activities performed at TSING facilities. Actively participate in safety talks, safety meetings, and activities aligned with AES Andes standards. Position requirements: Electrical Technician diploma or equivalent qualification, with knowledge of industrial electricity and control systems. 1–3 years of experience in industrial electricity, power plants, or electrical substations. Knowledge and experience in electrical testing applied to high-voltage primary equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP, specifically in creating and notifying work orders. Use and operation of management systems at the user level (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001\). Analytical ability, decision-making capability, and collaborative work skills.
