Direct impact on a product revolutionizing the automotive industry. **Job Description** ---------------------- Build real-world solutions using code and AI — automations, integrations, and products — in a small, fast-moving team. At Wift, we are transforming car usage into a service — all-inclusive automotive subscription for individuals and businesses — and we need someone to build alongside us. The AI Builder role combines software development with intensive use of AI tools to deliver solutions in a fraction of conventional time. If you use Claude, Copilot, or Cursor as part of your daily workflow, integrate APIs, and feel comfortable navigating ambiguity rather than being paralyzed by it, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: — Design and implement end\-to\-end technical solutions, from requirement to production. — Integrate external APIs and LLMs into products and internal processes. — Build automations and agents that eliminate manual work in Operations, Customer Service, and Finance. — Develop and maintain modules and integrations on Odoo. — Manage cloud environments with focus on stability, security, and cost-efficiency. — Document technical decisions so the team can operate built systems without depending on the original author. — Identify opportunities where AI delivers real impact, and execute them. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or demonstrable equivalent experience). * Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and REST APIs in real projects. * Active, daily use of AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar). * Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and version control (Git). * Intermediate technical English — documentation, tools, and vendors are in English. * Preferred: Experience with Odoo, AWS, LLM integration, or automation.
