At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 brilliant minds connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** Position Objective Design, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines, applying DevSecOps practices to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable integrations across development, data, and infrastructure teams—supporting the bank’s critical initiatives (including Big Data and microservices environments). Main Responsibilities 1\. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Automation * Design and implement IaC on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) using Terraform, Ansible, and deployment automation tools (Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitLab CI). * Automate deployment of cloud resources (BigQuery, Service Account, DataProc, Storage, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, EKS/ECS, among others). * Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines, migrating and optimizing tools according to project needs. 2\. Microservices and API Architecture * Define microservices development guidelines and architectural best practices (Spring Boot, containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift). * Design and implement REST APIs, including governance, security, and lifecycle management (e.g., API Management). * Oversee the lifecycle of prototyping, development, and deployment of services. 3\. Security and DevSecOps Best Practices * Integrate security practices at every stage of the development lifecycle (shift\-left security). * Automate quality, security, and compliance checks within CI/CD pipelines. * Manage credentials, access controls, and security policies in cloud environments. 4\. Data and Database Management * Automate database management processes (tables, stored procedures, queries) using tools such as Liquibase. * Automate ETL processes on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Glue, DataProc). * Collaborate with data teams to ensure correct integration of data pipelines. 5\. Collaboration and Project Management * Collaborate cross-functionally with development, architecture, data, and QA teams. * Manage tasks and track progress using agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) on tools like JIRA. * Monitor and coordinate external vendors during implementation of various platforms and services. Specific Functions * Configure and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines on GCP/AWS. * Administer Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible. * Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes/OpenShift and Docker containers. * Design, document (Swagger), and manage the service/API catalog. * Automate database deployments and ETL processes. * Manage code repositories (Bitbucket, GitLab) and version control workflows. * Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in development, testing, and production environments. * Track and coordinate with external vendors during platform implementation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical Requirements * Solid experience with cloud platforms: GCP and/or AWS (BigQuery, Cloud Run, DataProc, Storage, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, EKS/ECS, among others). * Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible. * CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Cloud Build. * Containers and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift. * Backend development: Java (Spring Boot); Python knowledge is desirable. * API management: design and implementation of REST APIs, API Management platforms (e.g., 3Scale, IBM API\-Connect). * Database automation: Liquibase or equivalent tools. * Databases: experience with relational and non-relational database engines (SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, Sybase). * Knowledge of ETL processes in cloud environments (e.g., AWS Glue). * Preferred: DevOps/Cloud certifications (e.g., DevOps Essentials, AWS, GCP) and agile methodology certifications (Scrum Master).
