At **ATM – Alta Tecnología Médica**, we are looking to hire a **Salesforce Development and Implementation Specialist** to join our Digital Transformation Management team.
You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce solutions—translating business requirements into data models, automations, and functional enhancements—while coordinating closely with the Digital Transformation team.
This position is offered under a **fixed-term project-based contract**, with the primary objective of supporting and accelerating Salesforce improvement implementations across various organizational departments.
**Your key responsibilities will include:**
* Developing and implementing Salesforce improvements aligned with ATM’s departmental priorities and needs.
* Translating business processes and requirements into Salesforce solutions through data modeling, configurations, and automations.
* Designing and configuring objects, fields, Record Types, page layouts, and validation rules.
* Building and optimizing automations using Salesforce Flow, including record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flows.
* Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to facilitate tracking of KPIs, SLAs, and other relevant metrics.
* Managing data migration, cleansing, and updating processes using Data Loader or other available tools.
* Developing, testing, and validating solutions in Sandbox environments, performing quality checks before each production deployment.
* Managing and supporting production deployments, documenting all changes made, and coordinating closely with the Digital Transformation team.
**Key Requirements:**
* Professional degree in Computer Science, Systems/Computer Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and/or development—not merely as an end user.
* Demonstrable experience working with Salesforce Flow.
* Proficiency in Setup, Flow Builder, Object Manager, Reports & Dashboards.
* Knowledge of data modeling and process automation within Salesforce.
* Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills.
* Availability to work on-site or in a hybrid mode.
Desirable:
* Experience with **Salesforce Field Service**.
* Familiarity with **Agentforce, Prompt Builder, or Einstein**.
* Basic knowledge of **Apex, SOQL, or LWC**.
* Experience with **Git, Salesforce DX / CLI, and Data Loader**.
* Understanding of integration between **Salesforce and SAP Business One**.
* Salesforce certifications, especially **Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder**.
