We are looking for our next Store Manager to join our team and assume a key role in store management. We seek a professional with retail experience, team leadership capabilities, and a results-driven approach—someone able to ensure smooth store operations, achievement of commercial objectives, and excellence in our customers’ experience. **What will be your main challenge?** Plan, direct, and monitor the store’s overall operations, ensuring achievement of commercial targets, proper resource management, compliance with internal procedures, and delivery of high-quality service to our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Organize, lead, and supervise the store team, ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures. * Monitor achievement of key business indicators (KPIs), including commercial, financial, and customer service metrics. * Manage and control cash flow and store resources, preventing losses and deviations. * Ensure strict compliance with applicable regulations and protocols defined by central departments. * Resolve complex customer situations, guaranteeing appropriate, company-standard-aligned service. * Assume responsibility for the store’s financial performance, considering retail, finance, service quality, loss prevention, and people management variables. * Continuously uphold the store’s and brand’s proper image.
