Analysis of equipment and maintenance requirements **Job Description:** We seek a Technical Specialist or Civil Constructor with experience to join our Proposal Study team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing budgets and technical proposals for industrial and sanitary projects, coordinating with contractors and suppliers. Preferred residential location near Ñuñoa, Santiago. **Functions and Responsibilities** Methodical preparation and structuring of budgets and unit prices for proposals. Preparation and submission of proposals on digital platforms. Planning and monitoring of execution for industrial and sanitary construction projects. Management and coordination of contractors during tender processes. Analysis of equipment and maintenance requirements to define proposals and supplier procurement. Identification and evaluation of the contractor and supplier market according to project type. Maintaining organized technical files and documentation in accordance with internal standards. **Requirements** Technical Specialist or Civil Constructor. Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal studies and budgeting. **Advanced proficiency in Presto.** Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Project. Practical experience in industrial and sanitary construction projects. Experience in submitting electronic proposals. Availability to coordinate with suppliers and contractors. Verifiable references from previous employers. **Preferred Qualifications** Prior experience in similar projects (industrial/retail). Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
