We are seeking a **Maintenance Engineer I** to join our team at the **Maipú Site**, contributing to the development and implementation of maintenance and reliability strategies that ensure safe, reliable, and sustainable operations.

**Responsibilities**
* Support the development and implementation of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies for production equipment, industrial utilities, and energy systems
* Contribute to evaluating the effectiveness of existing maintenance plans and propose improvements to tasks, frequencies, and strategies
* Participate in asset criticality assessments to support prioritization of maintenance strategies and reliability initiatives
* Analyze equipment failures, chronic and recurring issues using structured reliability methodologies (RCA, 5 Whys, FMEA/FMECA)
* Provide technical support during equipment failures, participating in multidisciplinary problem-solving teams
* Monitor, analyze, and report on reliability and maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, MTTF, availability, equipment downtime)
* Prepare technical reports and contribute to reliability studies and improvement proposals
* Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner to translate reliability findings into executable maintenance plans
* Support the planning and execution of scheduled shutdowns and major maintenance interventions
**What We Are Looking For**
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline
* 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or field engineering within manufacturing, chemical industry, or similar environments
* Practical experience in failure analysis, industrial maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant equipment
* Intermediate-level English proficiency, with ability to read technical documentation and communicate professionally
**Profile and Competencies:**
* Familiarity with tools such as SAP PM or equivalent CMMS, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and Power BI or other data visualization tools
* Familiarity with reliability methodologies: RCA, RCM, FMEA/FMECA, PM Optimization, and Asset Criticality Analysis
* Technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems, rotating and static equipment, instrumentation, automation, industrial utilities, and energy systems
* Knowledge of electrical and industrial safety standards, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
* Analytical, results-oriented profile with ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to a dynamic industrial environment
