A leading company in electrical infrastructure solutions is looking for its next Post-Sales Specialist; be part of a team driving innovation in the industry! 1\.\- Handle customer requests regarding product warranties. 2\.\- Provide technical support via phone and on-site visits. 3\.\- Manage shipment of reviewed products or warranty replacements. 4\.\- Classify administrative cases. 5\.\- Keep case records updated in CRM software. 6\.\- And other comprehensive support functions necessary for resolving post-sales cases. What we are looking for: Technical or university degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles or electrical projects. Key competencies include proactivity, teamwork, problem-solving, learning ability, and effective communication.
