What will you do in this role?: The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and executing processes and initiatives of the General Administration Management related to their scope of responsibility, monitoring associated execution stages and proposing improvement plans, thereby contributing to the bank’s operational continuity while safeguarding process confidentiality. Your key challenges will be: * Execute payroll, ex-employee payments, BancoEstado and subsidiary advances to ensure timely payment. * Submit payroll credit grids for BancoEstado and subsidiaries to ensure payment effectiveness on the scheduled date. * Audit BancoEstado and subsidiary salary processes to prevent errors in employee remuneration. * Accurately and timely enter information into the system and perform controls enabling reliable data extraction. * Conduct analysis, monitoring, and control of HR Management processes.
