Teck is seeking a Community Development Intern for our operation in Iquique. If you are passionate about contributing to the sustainable development of communities, supporting the implementation of social investment projects, and participating in the management of strategic alliances that generate shared value, we want you on our team! **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Support the management and closure of community investment initiatives, contributing to indicator tracking, results systematization, and compliance with associated administrative processes. * Collaborate in the development and strengthening of strategic alliances for the implementation of community investment projects, supporting the preparation of guidelines, standards, and technical documentation. * Monitor progress of strategic and high-impact projects, tracking milestones, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting coordination with internal and external stakeholders. * Participate in initiatives aimed at strengthening relationships with communities, local organizations, and strategic partners, promoting the sustainable development of territories where Teck operates. **Requirements** -------------- * Be a leader committed to safety, adhering to and promoting safety and environmental rules and procedures. * Currently enrolled in an internship program in Sociology, Social Work, Business Engineering, or a related field. * Availability to complete your internship in Iquique, with potential for flexible work arrangements if functions permit. * Not yet graduated from the degree for which you are applying. * Interns must be pursuing a professional undergraduate degree of at least five semesters; priority will be given to those nearing completion. * Must have Accident Insurance compliant with Law No. 16\.744 and the Labor Code. **About Teck** At Teck, we value diversity.
