Every implemented project delivers measurable, tangible difference. * **Autonomy and Leadership:** You will have space from day one to propose and implement participatory methodologies and innovate in resolving socio-environmental conflicts. * **Flexibility and Work-Life Balance:** We promote work-life balance through flexible working hours and remote/hybrid work arrangements, adapted to each project phase. **Key Responsibilities:** * **End-to-End Project Management:** Plan, execute, and monitor socio-environmental projects—from diagnostic stages through to on-the-ground impact indicator collection. * **Community Engagement:** Facilitate participatory workshops, community methodologies, and dialogue forums with social, local, and institutional actors in the Coquimbo Region. * **Reporting and Institutional Coordination:** Prepare technical socio-environmental reports and ensure compliance with institutional objectives and funder commitments. * **Impact Assessment:** Establish socio-environmental baselines and identify socioterritorial risks to propose mitigation measures and biocultural conservation actions. * **Territorial Team Coordination:** Lead professionals and volunteers in implementing field activities in La Serena and surrounding areas. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Experience:** 3–5 years of experience leading socio-environmental projects, territorial management, or community development (preferably within NGOs, the environmental sector, or social consulting). * **Education:** Professional degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Geography, Sociology, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * **Key Skills:** Proficiency in participatory methodologies, facilitation of socio-environmental dialogue, and resolution of territorial conflicts. * **Location and Mobility:** Residence in La Serena, Coquimbo, or willingness to relocate to the area, with readiness to travel within the region for fieldwork. * **Mindset:** Proactivity, territorial empathy, strong assertive communication skills, and pragmatic problem-solving capacity in field contexts.
