Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure the proper operation of cross-docking and reverse logistics, coordinating resources and supervising processes to guarantee compliance and efficiency. Inventory control and traceability At Rocktruck, we are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor. · Purpose of the Position: Ensure the proper operation of cross-docking and reverse logistics by efficiently coordinating resources and supervising processes related to cargo receipt, sorting, and dispatch, in order to guarantee on-time delivery, product traceability, and optimization of operational costs, thereby contributing to the continuity and efficiency of logistics operations. · Functions and Responsibilities: Coordinate resources for correct simultaneous cargo receipt and dispatch, optimizing dwell time. Supervise consolidation and deconsolidation (sorting) processes according to routes, destinations, and customers. Ensure adherence to dispatch deadlines (cut-off times), guaranteeing delivery commitments. Manage return receipts, ensuring an orderly and efficient flow. Assess the quality of returned products, determining their disposition (restocking, billing, or other). Coordinate warranty management with relevant departments, optimizing value recovery and minimizing losses. Supervise inventory control, ensuring accurate traceability of movements. Organize and supervise work shifts for the team under supervision. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement, proposing actions to optimize costs and operational efficiency.
