Your role combines operational leadership with active floor participation: from receiving mid-mile vehicles and loading last-mile routes, to monitoring deliveries and managing returns. You will guarantee that every package passing through the distribution point reaches its destination correctly, upholding our core pillars of security, efficiency, and quality. **Your Key Responsibilities** * Receive, verify, and position incoming parcels from long-haul (LH) vehicles, adhering to all internal processes. * Prepare and organize parking spaces for assigned warehouse routes, ensuring timely start of scheduled dispatches. * Lead the warehouse team, promoting goal achievement, order, and safety. * Dispatch last-mile vehicles in compliance with all established procedures. * Receive and process unsuccessful deliveries (returns), keeping the Service Center Host informed. * Monitor last-mile routes and escalate alerts to TOC for delayed or low-compliance routes. * Maintain up-to-date inventory of packages at the distribution point, with no unprocessed packages pending. * Operate company technological tools: Logistic, ID Returns App, and Blind Counting App. * Manage and coordinate package returns to the Service Center Host when applicable. * Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and visibly maintained according to 5S standards and the operational layout. * Enforce all safety pillars within the warehouse and report incidents. **What Do You Need to Apply?** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouses, distribution centers, or parcel handling, including team leadership. * Technical studies in Logistics, Administration, or related field (minimum technical level). * Basic knowledge of Excel and/or inventory systems. * Personal transportation (mandatory). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. **Preferred Qualifications (Desirable):** * Prior experience in last-mile operations or e-commerce logistics. * Knowledge of the 5S methodology or warehouse organization standards. * Experience using mobile apps for logistics management. * Ability to analyze physical and systemic deviations. **The Profile We Are Looking For** * Extreme organization and attention to detail: nothing can be missed in an operation handling hundreds of packages daily. * Sense of urgency: dispatch timelines wait for no one — and neither do you. * Floor-presence leadership: you are the kind of leader who leads by example. * Effective communication with coordinators, drivers, and the warehouse team. * Honesty and accountability in inventory handling. * Ability to work under pressure in dynamic, high-volume environments. **What Do We Offer?** * Join Latin America’s largest technology company. * A role with real impact: your daily management directly affects the experience of thousands of customers. * State-of-the-art technological tools to make your work more efficient. * A dynamic work environment focused on team safety and well-being. * Opportunities for professional growth and development within Mercado Libre’s logistics network. **How to Apply?** Click the 'Apply Now' button on Indeed.
