GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To develop and deliver technical training programs for service teams, ensuring competency enhancement, compliance with safety standards, and continuous improvement of the organization’s technical performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver technical training and assess service personnel competencies. / Identify knowledge gaps through theoretical and practical assessments. / Coordinate and implement competency training and certification plans. / Develop and update technical instructional materials. / Manage training-related records, documentation, and reports. / Promote compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards. / Collaborate with leaders and technical teams to advance competency development. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or professional education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, Heavy Machinery, or related fields. / 3 years of experience in technical service for mining or industrial equipment. / Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, motors, or automation. / Experience delivering technical training. / Class B driver’s license (minimum 3 years of validity). / Residence in Santiago, Calama, or Copiapó.
