Main Responsibilities: * Resolve complex technological incidents and problems, acting as the technical reference and ensuring continuity of the organization’s critical services. * Coordinate and track assigned projects, maintenance activities, and requirements, ensuring deadlines, scope, and quality of deliverables are met in collaboration with technical and business units. * Identify and anticipate risks or issues in assigned projects, proposing and implementing solutions that ensure operational continuity and system stability. * Plan and organize the execution of technical tasks for projects and requirements, verifying adherence to defined standards and proposing improvements where appropriate. * Ensure documentation, testing, and proper implementation of developed solutions, maintaining traceability and compliance with quality standards. * Participate in the integration of internal systems with corporate platforms, ensuring interoperability, information security, and data quality in collections processes. * Negotiate and manage expectations with internal and external customers, communicating progress, risks, and outcomes in language appropriate to the audience while safeguarding solution quality. * Lead follow-up meetings with customers and support teams, fostering trust and aligning expectations to ensure delivery of results in each iteration. * Review and propose improvements to system development and maintenance processes, contributing to standardization and optimization of technology team practices. We look forward to your application!**Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Professional degree in Information Technologies or related fields. * Certifications or specialization in software development and cloud environments are desirable. * Minimum 4 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in the financial industry. * Experience in project management with a focus on User Experience under agile methodologies. * Advanced knowledge of SQL databases. * Advanced proficiency in digital product technology and development. * Advanced proficiency in programming languages (Java, C\+, Visual Basic, .NET). * Advanced proficiency in productivity and project management tools: Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of integration architecture and AWS-based architectures.
