The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the control and verification of production processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards, operational records, quality regulations, and food safety requirements. Their role will be critical in maintaining traceability, detecting deviations, and contributing to continuous process improvement. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct controls and verifications during the production process, maintain updated records, and ensure compliance with internal procedures. * Support review of documentation related to receiving, production, traceability, and finished products. * Perform inspections, document observations, and follow up on corrective actions as required. * Coordinate relevant information across shifts and support daily operational meetings. * Collaborate with various plant departments, including production, maintenance, risk prevention, logistics, and laboratory. Requirements: * Technical education at secondary or higher level in Food Science, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Quality, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing plants, preferably in quality-related areas. * Desired knowledge of HACCP, PAC, POS, and proficiency in Office tools. * Availability to work rotating day, afternoon, and night shifts under a 5x2 schedule.
