### **Job Responsibilities**
A prominent multinational aquaculture company seeks to incorporate a **Process Planning Specialist**, whose primary challenge will be to support productive planning by aligning business requirements with the operational capacity of its plants.
We seek professionals with an analytical mindset, coordination capability, and orientation toward continuous process optimization.
### **Main Challenges**
* Develop and manage production planning, ensuring appropriate utilization of operational capacity and raw material availability.
* Coordinate with production, logistics, quality, and marine operations teams to ensure efficient execution of production programs.
* Monitor plan adherence, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
* Analyze operational and production data to support decision-making and generate improvement opportunities.
* Manage and monitor indicators related to planning, capacity, performance, and operational compliance.

### **Job Requirements**
Mandatory Requirements Education: Industrial Civil Engineering, Food Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in process planning, production operations, supply chain, or directly related areas. Technical Knowledge: Process planning and control, supply chain, and indicator (KPI) management. Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency. ERP system experience. Desirable Requirements Experience with productive ERP systems and Innova. Intermediate English (B1\).
