ACCIONA Energía adheres to the most stringent environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) criteria.** **Job Description** ACCIONA Energía is currently recruiting externally for a Wind Maintenance Technician position, to be based at a wind farm located in the commune of Canela, Coquimbo Region, Chile. ACCIONA Energía leads this recruitment process; however, hiring will be managed directly by a third party. **Mission:** Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of all wind farm infrastructure, including wind turbines, medium- and high-voltage systems, communication systems, and auxiliary equipment. **Responsibilities:** * Carry out necessary preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure optimal wind farm performance and achievement of the company’s defined availability, efficiency, and cost targets. * Strictly comply with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental procedures during daily planning and execution, continuously reviewing and improving these standards. * Continuously monitor plant operations to verify optimal asset performance, analyzing and resolving various faults. * Implement continuous improvement processes aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance activities. * Timely reporting of required information into the MAXIMO, RAPE, and ENABLON maintenance management systems. * Actively participate in work planning, procedure execution, and documentation review alongside other team members. * Work under a shift system to ensure maximum plant availability. * Supervise external contractors working on-site to ensure work is performed to required quality and safety standards. **Candidate Requirements** * Technical professional in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in power generation plant maintenance; wind farm experience preferred. * Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, electromechanical equipment, electrical schematics, instrumentation, control systems, and substations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Willingness to travel within the country. * Profile: Team-oriented professional, proactive, able to work under pressure, results-driven, responsible, and possessing strong communication skills. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal footing.
