




Job Summary: Ausenco is seeking an AWP Planner, Intermediate, to lead the development of the Path of Construction, integrate work packages, and coordinate with engineering and procurement on an EPCM project. Our team in Chile is undergoing continuous growth, and we are currently recruiting AWP Planner, Intermediate professionals to join an EPCM project based out of our Santiago office. **About the Role** * Facilitate Path of Construction development through interactive planning sessions and define the project’s CWA and CWP structure, with clearly defined battery boundaries and executable scopes. * Integrate work packages into the master schedule in Primavera P6 and establish required dates for EWPs and PWPs using backward pass logic from the construction sequence. * Coordinate with engineering and procurement the release of packages in the sequence required by construction, and monitor adherence to committed dates. * Incorporate AWP requirements into tender packages and participate in evaluating bidders’ WorkFace Planning capability. * Oversee contractors’ WorkFace Planning: quality and content of IWPs, constraint management, crew-level backlog health, and field issuance of only constraint-free packages. * Administer the project’s AWP platform and its integration with the 3D model, P6, and completion system, ensuring traceability from engineering to field. * Report on methodology KPIs, lead AWP maturity assessments, and train the project team and contractors. **About You** * Engineer or related degree with minimum 10 years’ experience in mining and metals capital projects. * Proven experience in concentrator plants, covering both engineering and construction. * Implementation of AWP or WorkFace Planning on at least one major project. * Proficiency in Primavera P6 and experience managing 3D models. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
