As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the customer experience during the post-sales phase. Acting as the technical reference for Compressors, Blowers, and Vacuum, your role is to ensure agile and effective solutions, directly contributing to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and success. You will collaborate with regional and global teams, promoting integration, knowledge sharing, and excellence in technical support. * Be the specialist who solves complex challenges: Address advanced technical issues by supporting field technicians, distributors, and customers via phone, email, and on-site visits. * Act proactively and strategically: Lead the resolution of critical issues, tracking cases to closure. Anticipate risks and propose continuous improvements to serve all of LATAM. * Investigate and generate technical knowledge: Conduct root cause analysis and detailed technical evaluations. Prepare and review technical reports focused on quality and risk mitigation. * Build and share knowledge: Develop technical materials such as diagnostic and troubleshooting guides, fault trees, and technical bulletins. Contribute to the organization’s knowledge base. * Train and develop people: Support and deliver technical training for internal teams, distributors, and customers. Create learning content and experiences that truly make a difference. * Completed university degree. * Prior experience in maintenance and technical support. * Prior experience delivering technical training related to this field. * Advanced English and Spanish. * Knowledge of Compressor, Blower, and Vacuum systems, and experience using troubleshooting tools. * Knowledge of air dryers, variable frequency drives, electric motors, and industrial control and communication systems, with experience using troubleshooting tools. * Salesforce proficiency.
