Job Objective: Supervise and coordinate the execution of assigned transportation and logistics services under contract, ensuring efficient resource utilization, operational compliance, safety, and adherence to client-agreed standards. Main Responsibilities: Supervise the proper execution of transportation services under the assigned contract. Coordinate and control the efficient use of operational resources: personnel, fleet, and routes. Monitor schedule adherence, staff attendance, and service coverage. Address operational contingencies in real time, applying established protocols. Implement and follow up on corrective actions arising from inspections or audits. Support execution of the risk control plan and compliance with contractual standards. Requirements: Technical degree at secondary or higher level in Logistics, Administration, Transportation, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within transportation or logistics. Knowledge of labor legislation, traffic laws, and transportation regulations. Experience in route planning, attendance monitoring, and supervision of operational teams. Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. Residence in Copiapó (preferred).
