At ANWO, we are seeking to welcome an E-Commerce Assistant to our team, who will be responsible for supporting our digital sales channels, ensuring proper management of e-commerce and marketplace platforms, and contributing to an efficient shopping experience for our customers. Main Responsibilities Support the operational management of e-commerce and marketplace platforms. Manage and update product listings, pricing, images, and inventory. Track orders, customer inquiries, and requests originating from digital channels. Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure continuity of sales processes. Support administrative and commercial tasks associated with the e-commerce channel. Maintain up-to-date product information across all platforms. Assist in monitoring performance indicators and reports related to channel operations. Ensure an excellent shopping and customer service experience across all digital channels. Location Ev. Eduardo Frei Montalva 17001, Santiago, Chile. Work Modality: On-site 42-hour weekly schedule Monday and Tuesday: 08:30–18:30 hrs. Wednesday and Thursday: 08:30–17:30 hrs. Friday: 08:30–16:15 hrs.
