Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to manage the finance, accounting, and tax functions for communities, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Collaborative culture that values respect, integrity, and excellence. **Accounting Analyst Location:** Las Condes, Santiago You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring proper accounting, financial, and tax management of assigned communities and buildings, contributing to regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. What You’ll Do: • Prepare and file the annual income tax return. • Manage invoicing processes, including issuance, system entry, and calculation. • Monitor accounts receivable and prepare monthly delinquency reports. • Generate monthly management reports, including delinquency and other relevant information. • Perform bank reconciliations and manage payments. • Provide financial and administrative support to clients. **What You’ll Need:** • Academic qualification: Certified Public Accountant or Auditor. • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an accountant handling invoicing, collections, and/or treasury functions — mandatory\*. • Knowledge of tax regulations and electronic invoicing — mandatory\*. • Proficiency in accounting software: KASTOR. • Client-service orientation with experience interacting with clients and suppliers. • Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Las Condes, Santiago — RM Why CBRE?
