




Job Summary: We are seeking professionals for a Personal Banking training program focused on developing commercial skills and customer service capabilities to become key executives. At Banco de Chile, we have created an Executive Training Program for Personal Banking, designed to provide key tools for learning the role and performing job functions effectively—enhancing skills, developing talent, and ensuring we have the best executives for our customers. The program will run for 3 months through theoretical and practical training, including a guiding mentor during the initial months and ongoing performance measurements to progressively achieve objectives with continuous feedback. Training Program Objectives: • Acquire diverse knowledge of commercial tools, such as customer experience, sales techniques, financial products, among others. • Achieve a Commercial Systematic Approach, which seeks to incorporate structured commercial practices to optimize productivity and strengthen customer-focused management. • Understand and apply protocols in accordance with Bank policies and service quality standards. Job Objectives: • Manage plans to acquire new customers and sell products, adhering to service protocols. • Ensure operations comply with the Bank’s credit policies. • Review and monitor customer overdrafts. • Conduct maintenance and customer retention calls to strengthen relationships. • Proactively identify business opportunities through outbound calls. • Resolve customer requests via email and/or phone, online applications, credit simulations, among others. • Present credit proposals to committees. Requirements: - Graduates in Commercial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, or related fields. - Interest in acquiring new knowledge to advise a client portfolio in the commercial area. - Availability to start in July 2026.
