Your primary responsibility will be to support and implement technical solutions—including infrastructure, integrations, and software development—ensuring their proper execution to optimize the company's IT solutions, both for internal development and in coordination with vendors. Additionally, we expect you to stay current with industry technological advances and propose ideas and improvements that contribute to continuous innovation and optimization of our platforms and processes. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting evaluation and selection processes for platforms, vendors, and technologies. Designing and developing proof-of-concepts and innovation initiatives. Designing and developing functionalities, integrations, or automations. Acting as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions. Leading platform technology update and improvement processes. Generating technical documentation associated with developments and implementations. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: Degree in Computer Engineering, Civil Computer Engineering, or related field. Experience in software development and implementation of technological solutions. Strong analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. Interest in innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with vendors.
