Offer debt restructuring options and financial counseling The primary mission of this position is to deliver efficient and professional collection services to our clients through the use of negotiation tools and techniques, aiming to maximize results and minimize risks, while always ensuring compliance with bank policies, regulations, and respect for customer rights. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Contact clients with overdue debts to negotiate payment terms. Act as a mediator between the bank and the client to resolve debt-related issues. Use tracking tools to monitor the progress of debt recovery. Update and maintain accurate records of communications with clients. Identify and report underlying causes of uncollectible debts. Set debt recovery targets and meet them. Offer debt restructuring options and financial advisory services. Implement negotiation tactics and objection handling to reach payment agreements. To succeed in this position, you need: A technical or university degree in Finance, Commercial Engineering, or a related field. Basic knowledge of banking products such as consumer loans, credit cards, and mortgage loans.
